Stills from Moving Image:
These are the stills from my second moving image shoot, which i did at sunrise. I wanted to have a variation in light from the first that i did, and i really like the light in the middle two frames of Rowan and Jack. I also think that because my frames are darker it creates a different type of atmosphere that is very interesting. I also decided to try and have the boys in separate frames instead of the same frame, this meant filming was much easier as they were able to concentrate on standing there and not looking at each other, and this meant they could stand there for much longer, which was an issue with the previous moving image, as i wanted them to be standing in the frame for much longer.
However i feel that them being in separate frames does not have the confrontational atmosphere that there was in the previous moving image, which is something i wanted to try and create in the moving image atmosphere.
Mixing moving image shoots experimentation:
The framing of the images is obviously problematic, but i like the mixture of lights and the sky i think creates an interesting mix of emotions.
